Packaging Cocaine
Between 1890 and 1910 Bayer sold heroin as a non-addictive substitute for morphine that used to treat children with strong cough in some cases.
Popular in 1885 to help with toothaches, not only did they relieve the pain, they made the children happy!
Mariani wine (1875) was the most famous Coca wine of it’s time. Pope Leo XIII used to carry one bottle with him all the time. He awarded Angelo Mariani (the producer) with a Vatican gold medal.

ReBrewing Square One Coffee
A refreshed logo and packaging were developed that communicated the key sales messages and created a raw aesthetic that was instantly embraced by their customers. The company experienced a 50% sales increase in the first week of the relaunch and sales remain strong. Additionally, the Square One Coffee is now being sold in Whole Foods stores in the Philadelphia market, potentially one of the biggest wholesale opportunities the company has ever experienced.
Square One Coffee is a small roaster and coffee retailer in Lancaster City, Pennsylvania. They currently operate a single establishment in the downtown business district where they only roast 100% organic and 100% Fair Trade Certified™ beans, making them one of the few roasters in the region to do so.

Purex Complete 3 in 1
This thin sheet developed by Purex to make laundry easier. It is about the size of your standard dryer sheet. This blue tint is the laundry detergent built into the sheet which breaks down in the wash. The light blue stripe at the top, this is the softener and the anti-static solution which breaks down during the drying part. The package is designed as a Starter Kit that includes a refillable Dispenser that makes it simple to protect and access Purex Complete 3-in-1 Sheet. Once you have the Dispenser, simply purchase the money-saving Refill Pouch to fill the convenient Dispenser.
My guess is that this is a green push from Purex, but with this reduced packaging system will it create lost sales in their other products due to this single layer of convenience. Only time and the bottom line will tell.
Does anyone the agency that designed this package.
