Minneapolis-based graphic designer Heda Hokschirr. Hokschirr is a senior at the Maryland Institute College of Art, and for an assignment on redesigning a commercial brand, she decided to class up tampons with a sleek black box that has simple Roman letters on the outside and black-and-white patterns on the inside. A necessity should be beautiful. Definitely not something to be hidden under the bathroom sink!

Pringles Premium

Personal packaging explorations by package design Niklas Hessman.

He and others feel the lack of a premium pringles product line. Therefor he made up his mind to design one. There is also a need for this to compete with other brands and their eco-products like oven baked and farm chips. Also those others with the special flavours.

The final outcome was a product that will stand out from the other Pringles but still having the well known tube. Simple and clean packaging design that will work on the scandinavian market for sure. Branding the product with a little poem instead of photoshop effects.

Designed by YARD Concept inspiration was culled from a wide range. Poison vials from the early 1800’s provided a key inspiration. A modern edge was found through military details, and an influence from old beer and farm goods packaging added warmth. An industrial hinge mechanism on the lid was devised to serve as both an important branding detail and an innovative solution—a way to keep the cap attached to the bottle when it is removed by consumers, who want to test it at retail. The bottle was designed in 3 sizes.

Designed by GOOD! Agency. Change the usual boring stuff, make them more interesting, uplift and enhance the visual effect. In this case, we have quite a boring topic of household chemical products and have tried to make it more colorful and fun. The line “TRUE” three odors: strawberry, lemon and smell the frosty freshness. We have strengthened the effect of naturalness with tactile sensations – the cap on the bottle is made of rubber material, which mimics the soft shell strawberry, lemon and ice cream.
